Welcome to ItineraMe! These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of our platform, available at www.itinerame.eu (the "Site"), as well as our related services. By using our site and engaging with us, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
   ItineraMe is a platform that allows independent travelers to access authentic information and local tips from our Local Insiders, passionate individuals with in-depth knowledge of their city. We offer free itineraries, practical suggestions, and useful content to explore destinations in an authentic way.
   ItineraMe does not organize, sell, or act as an intermediary for tour packages or guided tour services.
   
   

2. NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP WITH INSIDERS
   Insiders are independent collaborators who share travel advice and may offer additional services under their own responsibility.
   ItineraMe does not employ Insiders nor guarantees the quality, legality, or safety of their services.
   Each Insider is responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with local regulations (e.g., licenses for tour guides, tax requirements, and business permits).
   
   

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   • ItineraMe provides information solely for informational purposes and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content published on the Site. While we strive to keep the Site and its content up to date, we are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

   • In no event shall ItineraMe be liable for direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, data, opportunities, or reputation arising from the use of the information on the Site or from interactions between users and Insiders. ItineraMe shall not be responsible for any damage, incident, dispute, or violation arising from direct interactions between travelers and Insiders.

   • The use of information on the Site is the sole responsibility of the user, who agrees to verify the truthfulness and suitability of the information before taking any action based on it.

   • ItineraMe has no formal contractual relationship with Insiders but collaborates with them in creating and reviewing content and information they provide. Insiders operate independently, sharing their content with ItineraMe without any contractual obligations.
     
     

4. INSIDER RESPONSIBILITIES

   • Insiders agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information.

   • ItineraMe is not responsible for any violations of local laws by Insiders, nor for the quality, safety, or legal compliance of the services they offer.

   • Insiders agree to indemnify and hold ItineraMe harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or liability arising from their activities or the provision of services to users.

   • ItineraMe reserves the right to monitor and periodically verify the compliance of Insiders with local regulations and the terms of service. However, the user acknowledges that the platform does not have direct control over the activities of Insiders and is not liable for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from them.
     
     

5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

   • By signing up for the platform, users and Insiders consent to the use of their data for purposes related to the service.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
